Terms & Conditions

We offer 24/7 locksmith services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential, commercial, and automotive lockouts

  • Key cutting, replacement, and duplication

  • Key fob programming and smart lock pairing

  • Lock installation, repair, and rekeying
     

We aim to provide fast and reliable service, but response time may vary based on location, traffic, and availability.

Services Provided

  • We offer competitive, transparent pricing.

  • All rates will be disclosed before the service begins.

  • In accordance with our “No Open, No Charge” policy, if we are unable to unlock or service your lock, you will not be charged (excluding travel fees, if applicable).

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

  • We accept [Cash, Cheque, E-transfer].

  • If you need to cancel a service call, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  • Refunds will only be issued for services not delivered or in the rare event of a service error caused by our technician.
